When you use the link, it will take you to a log-in screen. If you are logging into SureLC for the first time with BCA you will simply select the “NEW USER” hyperlink on the log-in page. This will initiate the PDB report request and create your login credentials for future contracting requests. You will need to click NEW USER even if you already have a login with another FMO as SureLC assigns different logins for each FMO you work with to ensure the contracting is going to the correct FMO. The good thing is, if you are already on the SureLC website they will automatically pull info from your existing profile so that you do not have to enter this information in again.
